CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-84-ee'-7VI
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A WARRANTY BOND POSTED
FOR THE WATER AND SEWER SYSTEM BY SHAKER WOODS
VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM, INC.; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Shaker Woods Village Condominium, Inc., as Principal,
and Integrity Insurance Company, as Surety, has filed with the City
Bond No. EBC-1165 in the amount of $7,106.94 to guarantee the water
and sewer system at Shaker Woods Village; and
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has found that the work
has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended release of said
warranty bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Bond No. EBC-1165 posted by Shaker Woods
Village Condominium, Inc., as Principal, and Integrity Insurance
Company, as Surety, in the amount of $7,106.94 for the water and sewer
system at Shaker Woods Village, is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon adoption.
