CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-84- Z&
A RESOLUTION URGING THE BROWARD 00= COMMISSION TO
APPLY COUNTY IMPACT FEES DERIVED FROM WOODMONT
BLOCK 30, WOODMONT TRACT 56 AND MIDWAY ]PLAZA TO IM-
PROVEMENTS WITHIN THE TAMARAC CITY LIMITS; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Tamarac City Council has approved the plats for
Woodmont Block 30, Woodmont Tract 56 and Midway Plaza, and
WHEREAS, certain impact fees will be assessed against these three
(3) developments by Broward County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the City Council urges the Broward County
Commission to apply the County impact fees generated fran Woodmont Block 30,
Woodmont Tract 56 and Midway Plaza to ,improvements located within the City of
Tamarac.
SECTION 2: That the Tamarac City Council pledges its support and
the support of. its Staff to coordinate the details if requested by County
Officials or Staff so that these impact fees can be applied to improvements
located within the Tamarac City limits.
SECTION 3: That Council Liaison to the County is hereby
appointed to act on behalf of the City of Tamarac to coordinate any meetings
if requested by Broward County Officials or Staff.
SECTION 4: That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to send copies of this Resolution to the Members of the Broward County Board
of Commissioners and the Broward County Administrator.

SECTION 5: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon adoption.
