The chemical grout shall be in the form of a dry powder and shall be packaged in conven- ient bags for handling in the field. The chemical grout shall be a mixture of acrylamide and a methylene which when cata- lyzed with triethanolamine (TEA) and initia- ted with ammonium persulfate (A.P.) in the manufacturer's recommended proportions shall (form a stiff impermeable translucent Net. 11 quotations shall be F.O.B.
