CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-84-.25`

A RESOLUTION RELEASING A WARRANTY
-BOND POSTED FOR
DRAINAGE ALONG UNIVERSITY DRIVE BY NORANDA-DEVCO
JOINT VENTURES, FOR THE MC NAB PLAZA NORTH PROJECT_; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Noranda-Devco Joint Ventures, as Principal, and Consolidated
Bank, N.A., as Surety, has filed with the City, Letter of Credit No. 491 in the
amount of $1,875.00 to guarantee drainage along University Drive in connection
with the McNab Plaza North Project; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has found that the work has been satisfactorily
completed and has recommended release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Letter of Credit No. 491 posted by Noranda-Devco
Joint Ventures, as Principal, and the Consolidated Bank, N.A. as Surety, in the
amount of $1,875.00, is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
adoption.
