A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED
FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY BONAIRE ASSOCIATES, LTD.,
FOR WOODMONT TRACTS 74/75, SITE PLAN 4; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Bonaire Associates, Ltd., as Principal, and the First National
Bank of Chicago, as Surety, has filed with the City Letter of Credit No. 1402-
0030-4102 in the amount of $11,140.00 to guarantee public improvement at Woodmont
Tracts 74/75, Site Plan 4; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has found that the work has been satisfactorily
completed and has recommended release of said bond upon receipt of a one-year
warranty bond in the amount of $2,785.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Letter of Credit No. 1402-0030-4102 posted by Bonaire
Associates, Ltd., as Principal, and the First National Bank of Chicago, as Surety,
in the amount of $11,140.00 for public improvements at Woodmont Tracts 74/75,
Site Plan 4, is HEREBY RELEASED, subject to receipt of a one-year warranty bond
in the amount of $2,785.00.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
adoption.
