CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-84-C�W
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED
FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY BONAIRE ASSOCIATES, LTD.,
FOR WOODMONT TRACTS 74/75, SITE PLAN 2, PHASE 2; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Bonaire Associates, Ltd., as Principal, and the First National
Bank of Chicago, as Surety, has filed with the City Letter of Credit No. 1402-
0030-4628 in the amount of $24,805.00 to guarantee public improvement at Woodmont
Tracts 74/75, Site Plan 2, Phase 2; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has found that the work has been satisfactorily
completed and has recommended release of said bond upon receipt of a one-year
warranty bond in the amount of $8,000.52 and receipt of additional engineering
fees in the amount of $519.90.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Letter of Credit No. 1402-0030-4628 posted by Bonaire
Associates, Ltd., as Principal, and the First National Bank of Chicago, as Surety,
in the amount of $24,805.00 for public improvements at Woodmont Tracts 74/75, Site
Plan 2, Phase 2, is HEREBY RELEASED, subject to receipt of a one-year warranty bond
in the amount of $8,000.52 and receipt of additional engineering fees in the amount
of $519.90.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 6 � day of 1984.
