A RESOLUTION RELEASING A WARRANTY BOND POSTED FOR
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY BONAIRE ASSOCIATES, LTD.,
FOR WOODMONT TRACTS 74/75, SITE PLAN 1, PHASE 2;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Bonaire Associates, Ltd., as Principal, and the First National
Bank of Chicago, as Surety, has filed with the City Letter of Credit No. 1402-
0030-4103 in the amount of $5,953.92 to guarantee public improvement at Woodmont
Tracts 74/75, Site Plan 1, Phase 2; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has found that the work has been satisfactorily
completed and has recommended release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Letter of Credit No. 1402-0030-4103 posted by Bonaire
Associates, Ltd., as Principal, and the First National Bank of Chicago, as Surety,
in the amount of $5,953.92 for public improvements at Woodmont Tracts 74/75,
Site Plan 1, Phase 2, is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of 1984.
