CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-84
A RESOLUTION GRANTING AN EXTENSION TO A WAIVER
OF THE SIGN ORDINANCE REQUESTED BY GREEN THUMB
LAWN AND GARDEN CENTER, 6115 N. W. 77TH WAY,
TAMARAC; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Green Thumb Lawn and Garden Center has requested an extension to
a waiver from the Sign Ordinance No. 80-34 governing approval of signs on property
other than the applicant's property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the extension to a waiver of the Sign Ordinance requested
by Green Thumb Lawn and Garden Center, 6115 N. W. 77th Way, Tamarac, for a
temporary announcing sign, to be erected on property owned by Causeway Lumber
Company directly east of Green Thumb Lawn and Garden Center, is HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2: Conditions of Approval (if any): WAIVER VALID FOR ONE (1)
YEAR FROM SEPTEMBER 8, 1984.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of 1984.
