RESOLUTION NO. R-84-�
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A WAIVER TO THE SIGN
ORDINANCE REQUESTED BY PINEAPPLE PARK AT
WOODMONT, INC.; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE..

WHEREAS, Pineapple Park at Woodmont, Inc., has requested a waiver from
the Sign Ordinance No. 80-34 (Code Chapter 21) governing signs on -property other
than the applicants; and
WHEREAS, the Beautification Committee reviewed this request and has made
recommendation thereon; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official reviewed said waiver.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the waiver to the Sign Ordinance requested by Pineapple
Park at Woodmont, Inc., for a temporary announcing sign to be erected on property
owned by Barry Eden (Eden Realty & Development Company) at the northeast corner
of NW 80 Avenue and NW 70 Street, is hereby approved.
SECTION 2: Conditions of Approval:
I. This waiver is valid for one year from July 11, 1984.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
adoption.
