CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-84-�--
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A WARRANTY BOND POSTED
FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY LENNAR HOMES, INC.,
FOR THE WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM FOR ASHMONT
PHASE I; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Lennar Homes, Inc., as Principal, and Citibank, N.A.,
as Surety, has filed with the City Letter of Credit No..NABG-R90813F
in the amount of $10,663.24 to guarantee the water distribution system
at Ashmont Phase I; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has found that the work has been
satisfactorily completed and has recommended release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Letter of Credit No. NABG-R90813F posted by
Lennar Homes, Inc., as Principal, and Citibank, N.A., as Surety, in
(the amount of $10,663.24 for public improvements at Ashmont Phase I,
is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon adoption.
