RESOLUTION NO. R-84-o2a2
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 83-202 WHICH
DESIGNATED THE APPROPRIATE CITY OFFICIALS RESPONSIBLE
FOR MONITORING THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL
RESOURCES AQUATIC PLANT CONTROL FUNDING PROGRAM FOR
FISCAL YEAR 1983/84; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Resolution 83-202 designated a Project Financial
Officer responsible for maintaining the financial and accounting
records for the City of Tamarac, referred to as the Grantee; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to amend said Resolution
83-202, and the individual designated as the Project Financial
Officer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Section 3 of Resolution 83-202 is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"SECTION 3: That Daniel Saale is the Grantee's assigned Project
Financial Officer who is knowledgeable of all financial and account-
ing requirements of the State Aquatic Plant Control Funding Program
and Chapter 16C-50, Florida Administrative Code".
SECTION 2: In all other respects, Resolution 83-202 shall
remain unchanged.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.
