CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-84- 214
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING TWO (2) REGULAR MEMBERS
AND TWO (2) ALTERNATE MEMBERS TO THE BOARD OF
ADJUSTMENT; SETTING FORTH THE EXPIRATION OF THE
TERMS OF OFFICE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the terms of two (2) regular members to the Board
of Adjustment expire on July 8, 1984; and
WHEREAS, the terms of two (2) alternate members to the
Board of Adjustment expire on July 8, 1984; and
G17I1EREAS, the City Council wishes to fill the positions of
two (2) rer;ula_r_ members and two (2) alternate members to the Board
of Adjustment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That William R. Danyluck and James J. Kane
are hereby appointed as regular members of the Board of Adjustment,
for three year terms to expire July 8, 1987, with all the powers and
duties enumerated in F.S.S. 163 and Section 28 of the Code of
ordinances.
SECTION 2: That Joseph Lubin and Eugene Barkin
are hereby appointed as alternate member.; of the Board of Adjustment,
for.one year terms to expire July 8, 1985, With all the powers and
duties enumerated in F.S.S. 163 and Section 28 of the Code of
Ordinances.
SECTION 3: Any regular_ or alternate member of the Board of
Adjustment may be removed from office for cause by the City Council
upon written charges and after public hearing.
SECTION 4: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoDti on .
