A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION R-82-182 and
4 R-82-183, PROVIDING FOR THE TRANSFER OF A
SPECIAL USE EXCEPTIONS PERMITTING A RESTAURANT
5 WITH CONSUMPTION OF BEER AND WINE AT 7160 N.
UNIVERSITY DRIVE, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
6 DATE.

WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for the granting
of special exception to permit a restaurant in a B-2 Zoning District; and

WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held and the public has been
10
given an opportunity to express their views concerning the application for Special
11
Exception; and
12
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that the
13
petition for special exception would be in keeping with the public health, safety
14
and general welfare of the City of Tamarac.
15 NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:

SECTION 1: That the special use exception granted by R-82-182

Ifor operation of a restaurant called JO JO PIZZA RESTAURANT at 7160 N. University
Drive, and the special use exception for beer and wine consumption at the same
location granted by R-82-183 is hereby transferred from JO JO PIZZA RESTAURANT
to SORRENTO PIZZA RESTAURANT.
SECTION 2. That in all other respects the provision of R-82-182
and R-82-183 shall remain unchanged.
SECTION 3. That this Resolution shall be effective upon
adoption.
