RESOLUTION NO. R-84-�Z //
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED
FOR CANAL BANK SOD INSTALLATION BY WINDEMERE
CONSTRUCTION CO., INC., FOR WCODMONT TRACT 63,
LOT 28; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
Temp. Reso. #3203
WHEREAS, Windemere Construction Co., Inc., has posted with the City a cash
bond in the amount of $750.00 to guarantee canal bank sod installation for Lot 28
lin Woodmont Tract 63; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has found that the work has been satisfactorily
completed and has recommended release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the cash bond posted by Windemere Construction Co., Inc.,
in the amount of $750.00 for canal bank sod installation at Lot 28 of Woodmont
Tract 63 is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution sha11 become effective immediately upon
adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of y�� d�c �- 1984.
