CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-84-210
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A WAIVER TO THE
SIGN ORDINANCE BY CHOICE SEATS, 3725
W. COMMERCIAL BOULEVARD; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Choice Seats has requested a waiver from the sign
Ordinance No. 80-34 (Code Chapter 21) governing signs; and
WHEREAS, the Beautification Committee reviewed this request
and has made recommendation thereon; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official reviewed said waiver.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the waiver to the sign Ordinance requested by
Choice Seats, 3725 W. Commercial Boulevard, for raised script
lettering on a dark brown background on a directory sign, is hereby
approved.
SECTION 2: Conditions of Approval:
1. Size of lettering shall comply with the Code.
2. Representative of applicant stipulated that all other
signs in this location will conform to Code.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 27th day of June , 1984.
