CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-84- Zc 9
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EXCEPTION TO
PERMIT A DELI -CAFE SEATING AREA IN FAMILY MART AT
7100 NORTH UNIVERSITY DRIVE, PETITION #18-Z-84;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for the granting of
special exception to permit a deli -cafe seating area in Family Mart at 7100 North
University Drive, Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held and the public has been given an
opportunity to express their views concerning the application for special exception;
and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that the petition for
special exception would be in keeping with the public health, safety and general
welfare of the City of Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the petition for special exception to permit a deli -cafe
seating area with 38 seats in Family Mart at 7100 North University Drive, is
HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval:
A storage area must be provided in the rear within three (3) months from
June 27, 1984.
SECTION 3: This Resolution.. shall become effective upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 27th day of June , 1984.
