RESOLUTION NO. R-84- 2 08
A RESOLUTION GRAPITING A LIMITED WAIVER OF PARKING
REQUESTED BY SONNY GENTILE FOR THE RESIDENTIAL/
COMMERCIAL BUILDING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF
MC NAB ROAD AND XW 70TH AVENUE; PETITION #17-Z-84;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

WHEREAS, Chapter 18 of the Tamarac City Code provides that Council may
grant a limited waiver of the off-street parking and loading requi-rements whenever
a hardship would exist by adhering to strict application thereof, and further
provides that the waiver would not be detrimental to public safety, health and
welfare of the citizens of the City; and
WHEREAS, a hardship exists at the residential/commercial building at the
Southeast corner of McNab Road and NW 70th Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a public hearing thereon and
1has made a recommendation; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to take action on the limited waiver
requested in the application of Sonny Gentile.
NOW, THEREFORE,.BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the application of Sonny Gentile, to permit a waiver for
nine (9) parking spaces for the residential/commercial building at the Southeast
corner of McNab Road and NW 70th Avenue, is HEREBY APPROVED, and such limited
waiver would not be detrimental to the public safety, health and welfare of the
citizens of the Citv.
23 SECTION 2: Con('1tion � of :,—proval: All of the following requirements are
24 to be completed within three (3) months from June 27, 1984 and agreed to by the
25 applicant:
26 1. The temporary driveway to be closed.
27 2. All unpaved areas are to be grass sodded.
28 3. Dumpster is to be brought up to Code requirements.
29 4. Also landscaping along the north property line on McNab Road is to be
30 brought up to Code.
31 5. All truck parking was requested to be discontinued.
