W. 88 Avenue Tamarac, FL 33321 Dear Ms. Stuurmans: An administrative review of the EMS Agreement for Rendition of Service between the City of Tamarac and Broward County indicates the present agreement will expire July 12, 1984. The present agreement may be extended for a one year period IA by concurrence of both parties. Our General Counsel advises that a resolution from your Council indicating a desire to renew the existing agreement would be appropriate. We would like to present this lease agreement to our Board of County Commissioners before it recesses for the month of July. Your cooperation in helping us meet our target date would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Joan Heggen Acting Director JH:GT:ms BROWARD COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS Marcia Beach Scott I.
