RESOLUTION NO. R-84-J-17
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED FOR CANAL EXCAVATION OF TRACTS 12,
13, AND 13A, BY LENNAR HOMES, INC., FOR
KINGS POINT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
Temp. Reso. #3184
WHEREAS, Lennar Homes, Inc., as Principal, and Citibank. N.A., as Surety,
has filed with the City Bond No. NABG-R90447 in the amount of $74,864.00 to
guarantee canal excavation of Tracts 12, 13 and 13A at Kings Point; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has recommended release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Bond No. NABG-R90447 posted by Lennar Homes, Inc.,
as Principal, and Citibank, N.A., as Surety, in the amount of $74,864.00 for canal
excavation of Tracts 12, 13 and 13A at Kings Point, is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
adoption.
