CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-84-_/_2_/
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED
FOR CANAL BANK SOD INSTALLATION BY LENNAR HOMES,
INC., FOR THE ASHMONT PROJECT; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Lennar Homes, Inc., has posted with the. City a cash bond in the
amount of $770.50 to guarantee canal bank sod installation for the Ashmont
project; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has found that the work has been satisfactorily
completed and has recommended release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the cash bond posted by Lennar Homes, Inc., in the amount
of $770.50 for canal bank sod installation at Ashmont is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
adoption.
