HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity of Tamarac Resolution R-84-191Introduced by: I/ "p Temp 3193 1 CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA 2 RESOLUTION NO R-84-- / %Z 3 A RESOLUTION ISSUING DEVELOPMENT ORDER NO. 120 4 FOR A REVISED SITE PLAN FOR TAMARAC JEWISH CENTER; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. 5 6 WHEREAS, the City Council on 5-23--84 examined and investigated the 7 subject application for a development order and staff recommendations; and 8 WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the development order and accompanying 9 documents at the 5-23-84 Council meeting; and 10 WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the application is in 11 compliance with all elements of the Comprehensive Plan, or will be in compliance 12 prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for the development that is 13 the subject of the application; and 14 WHEREAS, the City Council approved this application for development order 15 by motion at the 5-23-84 meeting; and 16 WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to have a written record of this develop- 17 ment order approval. 18 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: 19 SECTION 1: That the application for approval of a revised site plan for 20 Tamarac Jewish Center, prepared by Matt Sumner, Architect, revised flay 18, 1984, 21 to reflect an additional fenced playground area with chickee hut, is approved 22 subject to the following conditions: 23 A. Construction is to be in complete compliance with the plans and 24 specifications submitted by the developer to the City of Tamarac and approved 25 engineering drawings. 26 B. Commencement of construction shall be no longer than one year from 27 the date of this approval. If the development does not commence construction 28 within one year, this approval is null and void unless an extension has been 29 granted in accordance with applicable regulations. 30 C. The development order is assignable, but an assignment does not 31 discharge any assignee from strict compliance with the order unless the City 32 Council consents to modify any of the original requirements. 33 D. Additional conditions established in order to issue the development 34 order are set forth as follows: UI_t Temp. 3193 Page 2 u 1 1 1 2 3 4� 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 i 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 33 34 SECTION 2: Should any section or provision of this development order be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the City Council shall deterrine if the other portions of the order remain valid or whether the approval shall be null and void. SECTION 3: This development order as conditioned shall become effective immediately upon its passage. PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this � day of 1934.
