R-84-/Y-� 3 A RESOLUTION ISSUING REVISED DEVELOPMENT ORDER 4 NO. 55-3 FOR A REVISED SITE, PLAN FOR THREE LAKES PLAZA; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. 5 6 WHEREAS, pursuant to the instructions of. the City Council of Tamarac, 7 Florida, a public meeting has been advertised in accordance with applicable law 8 of the date, time and. place of the meeting regarding the review of the application 9 for a revised development order by the applicant for development approval; and 10 WHEREAS, the City Council has examined and investigated the application 11 and staff recommendations; and the attached Development Review Status Sheet 12 dated 6/6/84; and 13 WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the revised development order and 14 accompanying documents at a public meeting; and 15 WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the application is in 16 compliance with all elements of the Comprehensive Plan, or will be in compliance 17 prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for the development that is 18 the subject of the application. 19 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: 20 SECTION 1: That the application for approval of a revised site plan for 2.1 Three Lakes Plaza, prepared by D. M. Ambrose Associates, Inc., revised May 11, 22 1984, to reflect revision to parking in the vicinity of Pan American Bank, is 23 approved subject to the following conditions: 24 A. Construction is to be in complete compliance with the plans and 25 specifications submitted by the developer to the City of Tamarac as described in 26 Section II of the Development Review Status Sheet and approved engineering drawings. 27 B. Commencement of construction shall be no longer than one year from the. 28 date of this approval. If the development does not commence construction within 29 one year, this approval is null and void unless an extension has been granted in 30 accordance with applicable regulations. 31 C. Reso. #3192 D. Additional conditions established in order to issue the revised development order are set forth as follows: 1. All prior conditions of approvals by Council are still applicable. 2. A11 driveways to be widened to 30—feet. SECTION 2: Should any section or provision of this revised development order be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the City Council shall determine if the other portions of the order remain valid or whether the approval shall be null and void. SECTION 3: This revised development order as conditioned shall become effective immediately upon its passage. PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this z day of 1984.
