University Drive, Tamarac, Fla 33021 DETAILS: Finish Courses - The Finish Course shall not be applied until Surface Course is thoroughly cured. Prior to the application of the Finish Courses, the entire area shall be water flooded. Any areas holding water deep enough to cover a nickel shall be leveled with the following patch mix: 2 gallons Plaster Sand 2 gallons CHEVPON LAYKOLD Pesurfacer (Black -or- 1/2 gallon CHEVP.ON LAYKOLD Basketball Court Binder -or- Tack Coat - If it is determined that a tack cost is necessary under patches on1 , it shall be as follows: Laykold Basketball Court Binder -or- product diluted 1 part Basketball Court Bin- der to 3 parts water, and the diluted materia should be applied at the rate of 0.15 to 0.20 gallons per square yard, and allowed to thorougly cure prior to patching. After patching the surface shall not vary more than 1/8" in ten feet measured in any direction.
