A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED
FOR LANDSCAPING BY VIC'S LANDSCAPING AND SOD, INC.,
FOR LAKESIDE APARTMENTS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, Vic's Landscaping and Sod, Inc., has posted with the City a cash
bond in the amount of $6,750.00 to guarantee the satisfactory installation of
landscaping at Lakeside Apartments; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official has found that the work has been
satisfactorily completed and has recommended release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the cash bond posted by Vic's Landscaping and Sod, Inc.,
in the amount of $6,750.00 for installation of landscaping at Lakeside Apartments
is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this gg8� day of 1984.
