CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A RENEWAL OF THE
WAIVER TO THE SIGN ORDINANCE GRANTED IN
RESOLUTION R--83-158 TO BONAIRE AT WOODMONT
FOR WOODMONT TRACTS 74/75 PROJECT FOR A
TEMPORARY COMMUNITY DIRECTIONAL SIGN ON THE
EAST SIDE OF UNIVERSITY DRIVE OPPOSITE'
WHEREAS, Bonaire at Woodmont has received a waiver from
the Sign Ordinance pursuant to Section 21-11 of the Tamarac
City Code; and
WHEREAS, Bonaire at Woodmont wishes to renew the waiver
which expires June 21, 1984 with authorization to increase
the size of the sign using an identical design;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA.
SECT-1-0-1: That the renewal of said waiver to the
Sign ordinance requested by Bonaire at Woodmont (Woodmont
Tracts 74/75 Project) is HEREBY APPROVED.
�41I_2: Conditions of Approval:
A. Waiver is granted until June 21, 1985, at which time
it could be renewed by Council.
B. An increase in size from 4 1/2' X 2 1/2' to 8' X 4'
of the face of the sign is approved. All other terms and
conditions set forth in Resolution R-83-158 are to remain in
effect.
