R-84--&--gr A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A BLANKET INGRESS AND EGRESS EASEMENT OFFERED BY WATERFORD AT WOODMONT LTD. FOR THE WOODMONT TRACT 48 PROJECT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That the blanket ingress and egress easement offered by Waterford at Woodmont Ltd. for the Woodmont Tract 48 Project, is hereby approved and accepted, a copy of said easement being attached hereto as Exhibit A. SECTION 2: That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to record said easement in the public records of Broward County, Florida. SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption. W I T N E S S E T H: Grantor for and in consideration of the sum of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS and other good and valuable considerations to it in hand paid by Grantee, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant and convey to Grantee, its successors and assigns, nonexclusive blanket easements for ingress and egress purposes upon, over and across the following described lands lying and being in Broward County, Florida, to wit: See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof. These Blanket Ingress and Egress Easements are granted to Grantee for the specific purpose of access by Grantee, for Grantee to provide municipal services to the above -described property such as utility services, fire protection, police protection, and emergency and other public safety services. It is acknowledged .that Grantor, or its successors, intends to construct residential dwellings and other improvements upon and surrounding the above -described property, and nothing contained herein shall be deemed to prohibit or restrict Grantor or its successors from constructing any buildings or improvements upon the property, subject to the requirements of Grantee or any other controlling governmental authority, and upon the construction of any buildings and improvements upon the property the easements created hereby shall be subject to such improvements as are constructed and shall be used by Grantee in a manner which is consistent with the buildings and improvements constructed upon the property and which, to the extent possible, will minimize interference with and will be compatible with the construction and use of said buildings and improvements.
