RESOLUTION NO. R-84- /(9
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A
BLANKET WATER AND SEWER UTILITY EASEMENT
OFFERED BY WATERFORD AT WOODMONT LTD. FOR
THE WOODMONT TRACT 48 PROJECT; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the blanket water and sewer utility easement
offered by Waterford at Woodmont Ltd.for the Woodmont Tract 48
Project, is hereby approved and accepted, a copy of said easement
being attached hereto as Exhibit A.
SECTION 2: That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to record said easement in the public records of Broward
County, Florida.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption. PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 2-3 day of
1984.

BLANKET WATER AND SEWER UTILITY EASEMENT
THIS INDENTURE, made this !_ day of Mav 1984
between WP.TERFORD AT WOODMONT, LTD., a Florida limited partnership, hereinafter
referred to as "Grantor,' being the owner of the property herein
described, and the City of Tamarac, a municipal corporation existing
under the laws of the State of Florida, whose mailing address is
5811 N.W. 88th Avenue, Tamarac, Florida 33321, hereinafter referred
to as "Grantee." r
W I T N E S S E T H:
Grantor for and in consideration of the sum of TEN ($10.00)
DOLLARS and other good and valuable considerations to it in hand
paid by Grantee, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does
hereby grant and convey to Grantee, its successors and assigns, a
nonexclusive blanket easement for water and sewer utility purposes
upon, under and across the following described land lying and being
in Broward County, Florida, to wit:
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
made a party hereof.
This Blanket Water and Sewer Utility Easement is granted to
Grantee for the specific purpose of installing and maintaining water
and sewer lines and services for the above -described property.
It is acknowledged that Grantor, or its successors, intends to
construct residential dwellings and other improvements upon and
surrounding the above -described property, and nothing contained
herein shall be deemed to prohibit or restrict Grantor or its
successors from constructing any buildings or improvements upon the
property, subject to the requirements of Grantee or any other
controlling governmental authority, and upon the construction of any
buildings and improvements upon the property the easement created
hereby shall be subject to such improvements as are constructed and
shall be used by Grantee in a manner which is consistent with the
buildings and improvements constructed upon the property and which,
to the extent possible, will minimize interference with and will be
compatible with the construction and use of said buildings and
improvements.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said party of the first part has caused
these presents to be signed in its name by its President, attested
by its Secretary, and its corporate seal to be hereto affixed by its
Secretary the day and year above written.

Water and Sewer Utility Easement, and severally acknowledged the
execution thereof to be his free act and deed as such officer, for the
use and purpose therein mentioned.
