CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-84-ZY2
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A
WARRANTY DEED FOR RIGHT--OF-WAY ON
NORTHWEST 85 AVENUE OFFERED BY WATERFORD
AT WOODMONT LTD. FOR THE WOODMONT TRACT
48 PROJECT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the warranty deed for right-of-way on
Northwest 85 Avenue offered by Waterford at Woodmont Ltd. for
the Woodmont Tract 48 Project, is hereby approved and accepted,
a copy of said deed being attached hereto as Exhibit A.
SECTION 2: That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to record said easement in the public records of Broward
County, Florida.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption. PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 2::31 day of
1984.

THIS DEED, made and entered into this day of
May , 1984, by and between WATERFORD AT WOODMONT, LTD., a
Florida limited partnership With its principal place of business
in Broward County, Florida, party of the first part, and the
City of Tamarac, a municipal corporation existing under the
laws of the State of Florida, party of the second part.
WITNESSETH: That the party of the first part, for and
in consideration of the sum of one Dollar and other valuable
considerations paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold and conveyed and
does hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey to the party of
the second part, its successors and assigns for road
purposes as long as such purposes shall exist, and reserving
to the party of the first part, its successors and assigns,
the reversion or reversions thereof if such purposes are
ever discontinued by law, the following described land,
situate, lying and being in the County of Broward, State of
Florida, to wit:
See Exhibit OA" attached hereto and
made a part hereof.
And the party of the first part hereby fully warrants
the title to said land, and will defend same against the
lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.

President, attested by its Secretary, and its corporate seal
