CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-84
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A WARRANTY BOND POSTED
FOR DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS BY FEDERATED DEPARTMENT
STORES, INC., FOR THE RICHWAY PROJECT; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Federated Department Stores, Inc., as Principal,
and Insurance Company of North America, as Surety, has filed witt
the City Bond No. 521975 in the amount of $34,632.50 to guarante(
drainage improvements at the Richway project; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has found that the work has been
satisfactorily completed and has recommended release of said bond
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Bond No. 521975 posted by Federated
Department Stores, Inc., as Principal, and Insurance Company of
North America, as Surety, in the amount of $34,632.50 for drai
improvements at the Richway project, is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immed-
iately upon adoption.
