RESOLUTION NO: - 7 - /&
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTIONS R-84-34 AND
R-84-122 REGARDING CITY COUNCIL PROCEDURES,
REPEALING THE PROVISION THAT TBE MAYOR MAY
CANCEL THE COUNCIL PRE -AGENDA MEETING; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TBE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION l: That Subsection 2A of Section 1 of Resolution
R-84-34 as amended by R-84-122 is hereby amended to provide as follows:
"2. Council Pre -Agenda Meetings:
A. The purpose of these meetings is to discuss and
review the status of items which may appear on the agenda of the next Council
meeting. This meeting will be held on Wednesday (1st and 3rd of the month)
at 8:30 A.M. preceding a regular Council Meeting. The Mayor may change the
date or time for this meeting ew-eaneel-the--rgeet"iqg if he deems it necessary".
SECTION 2: That this Resolution shall became effective immediately
upon its passage.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of 1984.
