A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EXCEPTION TO
PERMIT THE OPERATION OF A TAKE-OUT PIZZA RESTAURANT
IN BAY 14 OF 3 LAKES PLAZA AT 3130 WEST COMMERCIAL
BOULEVARD REQUESTED BY DOMINO'S PIZZA, PETITION
#14-Z-84: AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
Temp. # 3129
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for the granting of
special exception to permit the operation of a take-out pizza restaurant in
Bay 14 of 3 Lakes Plaza at 3130 West Commercial Boulevard, Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held and the public has been given an
opportunity to express their views concerning the application for special excep-
tion; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that the petition for
special exception would be in keeping with the public health, safety, and general
welfare of the City of Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the petition for special exception to permit the
operation of a take-out pizza restaurant in Bay 14 of 3 Lakes Plaza at 3130 West
Commercial Boulevard, is HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION- 2: Conditions of approval:

SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
