CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO: J
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RELEASE OF A
PERFORMANCE BOND WHICH WAS POSTED BY
CRIME SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AND PROVIDING
AN ET CTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Crime Systems Incorporated, has made an application
to the City Council for a refund of a $150.00 Performance Bond and City
Council has considered this request.

TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Performance Bond in the amount of $150.00
posted by Crime Systems Incorporated should be returned to Michael Childers,
Vice President, Crime Systems Incorporated, 2223 Hayes Street, Hollywood,
Florida, 33020.
SECTION 2: That this Resolution shall be effective immediately
upon its passage.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of 1984.
