1 CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
2 RESOLUTION NO. R-84--'Z3�__
3 A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED BY AUGUST URBANEK AND F. G. AND BROS.
4 MANAGEMENT COMPANY (GRANEK PROPERTIES), FOR
THE LAKESIDE AT TAMARAC PROJECT; AND PRO-
5 VIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
6 WHEREAS, August Urbanek and F. G. and Bros. Management
7 Company (Granek Properties), as Principal, with the Atlantic Bank, as
8 Surety, has filed with the City Letter of Credit No. 436 in the amount
9 of $127,461.75 to guarantee public improvements associated with the
10 Lakeside at Tamarac project; and
11 WHEREAS, the City Engineer has found that the work has
12 been satisfactorily completed and has recommended release of said bond
13 upon receipt of a one-year warranty bond in the amount of $32,027.21.
14 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
15 FLORIDA:
16 SECTION l: That the Letter of Credit No. 436 posted by
17 August Urbanek and F. G. and Bros. Management Company (Granek
18 Properties), as Principal, and Atlantic Bank, as Surety, in the amount
19 of $127,461.75 for public improvements at Lakeside at Tamarac is
20 HEREBY RELEASED, subject to receipt of a one-year warranty bond in
the amount of ;$32,027.21.

SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective

23 immediately upon adoption.
