CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R- 84-/,3a
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED
FOR POSITIVE DRAINAGE SYSTEM BY COMMERCIAL PLAZA,
INC.; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Commercial Plaza, Inc., as Principal, and The
Travelers Indemnity Company, as Surety, has filed with the City
Bond No. 360B020A in the amount of $19,462.50 to guarantee installa-
tion of a positive drainage system at Commercial Plaza; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has found that the work has been
satisfactorily completed and has recommended release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Bond No. 360B020A posted by Commercial
Plaza, Inc., as Principal, and The Travelers Indeminity Company, as
Surety, in the amount of $19,462.50 for installation of a positive
drainage system at Commercial. Plaza, is IIEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immedi-
ately upon adoption..
