CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-84- '-.1-----.
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE BOARD
OF ADJUSTMENT AND ESTABLISHING TERMS OF OFFICE
PURSUANT TO F.S.S. 163 AND CHAPTER 28 OF THE
CODE: AND PROVIDING AILEFFECT.IVE DATE. _
WHEREAS, there currently exists a vacancy on the Board
of Adjustment; and
WHEREAS, Council desires to fill the vacancy for the
remainder of the unexpired term.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECT�QN 1: That C, - is hereby
appointed as a member Ff the Board of Adjustment to serve the
remainder of the term expiring July 16, 1986, with all the
power and duties enumerated in F.S.S. 163 and Chapter 28 of
the Code of Ordinances.
BECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.
