A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED FOR
LANDSCAPING BY SOUTHEAST SHOPPING CENTERS CORP., FOR
TAMARAC TOWN SOUARE: AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Southeast Shopping Centers Corp., has posted with the City a
cash bond in the amount of $10,000.00 to guarantee the satisfactory installation
of ,landscaping at Tamarac Town Square; and
WHEREAS, the Consultant City Planner has found that the work has been
satisfactorily completed and has recommended release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the cash bond posted by Southeast Shopping Centers Corp.,
in the amount of $10,000.00 for installation of landscaping at Tamarac Town Square
is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
adoption.
