CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-84-/2-7"
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED FOR CANAL BANK SOD BY BONAIRE ASSOCIATES,
LTD., FOR WOODMONT TRACT 74/75, BUILDING H, SITE
PLAN IT: AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Bonaire Associates, Ltd., has posted with the City
a cash bond in the amount of $1,800.00 to guarantee canal bank sod
at Woodmont Tract 74/75, Building H, Site Plan IT; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has found that the work has been
satisfactorily completed and has recommended release of said bond.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1:
That the cash Bond posted by Bonaire Associates,
Ltd., in the amount of $1,800.00 for canal bank sod at Woodmont
Tract 74/75, Building H, Site Plan IT, is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall_ become effective immedi-
ately upon adoption.
