1 CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
2 RESOLUTION NO. R-84-,IX3
3 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CHANGE OF THE NUMBERED
STREET DESIGNATIONS WITHIN WOODMONT TRACT 70, TO
4 "LA RESERVE CIRCLE"; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
5 WHEREAS, a request from property owners and the Woodmont Homeowners
6 Association has been received by the City of Tamarac to allow all the streets
7 within Woodmont Tract 70 to be renamed "La Reserve Circle"; and
8 WHEREAS, the Broward County Postal authorities and the City of Tamarac
9 have no objection to this request, provided the original or current house numbers
10 remain unchanged; and
11 WHEREAS, Broward County Traffic Engineering Division requires an acknowl-
12 edgement of the City's opinion in these cases, prior to posting of the street name
13 signs.
14 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
15 SECTION 1: The City of Tamarac has no objection to the following streets
16 within Woodmont Tract 70 being renamed to "La Reserve Circle":
17 Northwest 73rd Street
18 Northwest 74th Street
19 Northwest 83rd Way
20 Northwest 83rd Avenue
21 SECTION 2: By copy of this Resolution to the Broward County Traffic
22 Engineering Division the City authorizes the posting of the new street signs set
23 forth in the above section.
24 SECTION 3: This Resolution becomes effective immediately upon passage.
