CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R- 84- / / q
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING AN ALTERNATE MEMBER
TO THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT; AND PROVIDING -AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, there currently exists a vacancy of an alternate
position on the Board of Adjustment Committee; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of Council to fill such position
on this board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC., FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That TosE A LLA-�I P4 is hereby
appointed an alternate member of the Board of Adjustment for a term
to expire on July 8, 1984, with all the powers and duties enumerated
in F.S.S. 163 and Chapter 2.8 of the Code. .
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immedi-
ately upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of 1984.
