CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-84-111
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A ti7AIVER TO THE
SIGN ORDINANCE PERTAINING TO SIZE AND
COLOR REQUESTED BY BEVERLY HILLS CAFE V,
7061. WEST COMMERCIAL BOULEVARD; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Beverly Hills Cafe V has requested a waiver from the
Sign Ordinance No. 80-34 (Code Section 21) governing signs; and
WHEREAS, the Beautification Committee reviewed this request
and has made recommendation -hereon; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official reviewed said waiver.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the wavier to the Sign Ordinance requested
by Beverly Hills Cafe V, 7061 West Commercial Boulevard, for a
permanent illuminated wall sign, off-white with yellow lettering
and over -sized, is hereby approved.
SECTION 2: Conditions of Approval (if any):
N 0 111 E
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 12th day of April , 1984•
