A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE LIST OF
CITY OFFICIALS WHOSE SIGNATURES ARE
AUTHORIZED FOR CITY ACCOUNTS; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
g WHEREAS, the City Council, by Resolution-
10 authorized certain City Officials whose signatures were to be
l accepted on behalf of the City on its accounts at the North
2 Carolina National Bank of Florida (NCNB); and

WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to Amend that
14 Resolution;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
18 ,$ZQTIQB__j= That the signatures of Mayor PHILIP B. KRAVITZ
19 and City Manager LAURA Z. STUURMANS are required
20 as authorized signatures to transact banking business on be-
21 half of the City at the North Carolina National Bank (NCNB).
22 In the absence of the Mayor, Vice Mayor SYDNLY M. STEIN is de-
23 signated as signatory. In the absence of the Mayor and Vice -
Mayor, Councilman RAYMOND J. MUNITZ is designated as
signatory. In the absence of City Manager, the Acting City
26 Manager is designated as signatory.
27 SE_CTjQB__2,- That until further notice the
28 Officials listed in Section 1 are authorized, so long as they
29 hold the office designated, and only those Officials are
30 authorized .to sign on behalf of the City, for any City
1 account(s) at NCNB.
32 BTIQ That the City Clerk is authorized
33 and directed to send a Certified Copy of this Resolution to
34 the NCNB and furthermore, to notify.NCNB in writing should

any of the authorized City Officials cease to hold the office
indicated in Section 1 above.
,F=1QX 4. That any existing Resolutions in
conflict with this Resolution are hereby repealed.
SECTIQL5_,, That this Resolution shall become
effective immediately upon adoption.
