CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO . -47 X --1 o
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE
NORTH DISTRICT REGIONAL WASTEWATER
ADVISORY BOARD FROM THE CITY OF TAMARAC
WHEREAS, the Broward County Board of County Commissioners
created .the North District Regional Wastewater Advisory Board, con-
sisting of members of each municipality which constitute the Large
Users of the wastewater facilities, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of appointing a member to
that Board from the City of Tamarac and providing for alternate
service by a designated representative.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the City Manager is hereby appointed to serve
as the Tamarac representative to the Broward County North District
Regional Wastewater Advisory Board.
SECTION 2: That the City Manager is hereby authorized to
designate from time to time an alternate to represent the City on
the Board when the City Manager is unable to attend.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon its adoption.
