CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATE CITY OFFICIALS TO
EXEC[PI'F INDEMNIFICATION AMID HOLD HARMLESS
ASS WITH WOODLANDS GOLF ASSOCIATION,
C.W.C.C., INC. AND WOODLANDS SECTION 7
ASSOCIATION, INC. WITH RESPECT TO MONITORING
WELLS: AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to construct monitoring wells
in order to implement the City's Spray Irrigation Program; and
WHEREAS, the locations for the wells are located on property
owned by the following corporations:
1) Woodlands Golf Association
2) Colony West Championship Course, Inc.
3) Woodlands Section 7 Association; and
WHEREAS, the City is willing to Indemnify and Hold Harmless the
above property owners from any claims which may be made with respect to the
installation or maintenance of the monitoring wells.
NOW, SORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the appropriate City Officials are hereby
authorized to execute the Hold Harmless Agreements with the following
property owners:
1) Woodlands Golf Association
2) Colony West Championship Course, Inc.
3) Woodlands Section 7 Association
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AMID APPROVED this day of 1984.
