CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-84-
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A
QUIT CLAIM DEED OFFERED BY ARCHDIOCESE
OF MIAMI (ST. MALA.CHY CATHOLIC CHURCH:)
FOR SIGNALIZATION AND REALIGNMENT OF
NORTHWEST 61 STREET; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Quit Claim Deed offered by Archdiocese of
Miami (St. Malachy Catholic Church)for signalization and realignment
of Northwest 61 Street, is hereby approved and accepted, a copy of
said deed being attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
SECTION 2: That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to record said deed in the public records of Droward County,
Florida.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.

FROM ST. MALACHY CHURCH
A portion of Parcel "A", ST. MALACHY PLAT according to
the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 95, Page 36,
Public Records of Broward County, Florida, described as
follows:
BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of Parcel "A" of.
St. Malachy Plat as recorded in B.C.P.B #95, page 36.
(Said point being 60 feet East of center line of
University Drive) thence on an assumed bearing East along
the South boundary of said Parcel "A" and parallel to
Northwest 61 Street a distance of 172.06 feet to the
point of beginning; thence North 90 28' 15" West a
distance of 133.7 feet to a point on the arc of a
non -tangent curve; thence Southeasterly along the arc
of said curve, concave to the Northeast having a
radius of 25 feet, a delta 830 6' 29", an arc distance
of 36.261, thence tangent to said curve on an assumed
bearing East, 106.88 to the point of beginning.
Containing1,540 square feet more or less.
