CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-84- 1
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE
RECREATION BOARD; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of appointing a
member to the Recreation Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That pursuant to Chapter 18A of the Code,
KEVIN C. DUFFY is hereby appointed a member of the Recreation
Board for a term to expire May 11, 1984.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immed-
iately upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 3rd day of January , 1984-
