RESOLUTION NO. R-83-�?/9
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING A SPECIAL USE
EXCEPTION FOR THE CONSUMPTION OF BEER AND
WINE TO ANNA MARIA RESTAURANT, INC., d/b/a'
PIER 441 WEST, LOCATED AT 8765 N.W. 57 STREET;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council was authorized to grant a transferable)
special use exception to permit on -premises consumption of beer and
wine but chose to limit the approval when it approved Petition 36-Z-80
for Mannino's Restaurant by Resolution R--80-227; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to transfer this special use
exception to Anna Maria Restaurant, Inc., d/b/a Pier 441 West,
8765 N.W. 57 Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the special use exception permitting on-`
premises consumption of beer and wine for Mannino's Restaurant is
hereby transferred to Anna Maria Restaurant, Inc., d/b/a Pier 441 West
located at 8765 N.W. 57 Street, Tamarac.
SECTION 2: The following conditions apply:
a) Hours of consumption/operation shall not exceed 2:00 a.m.,
local time, with standard Sunday hours to be observed; and
b) This special use exception is not transferable to other
persons or locations without the approval of the City
Council; and
c) Payment of all applicable fee(s) shall be paid by applicant.
SECTION 3: All provisions of Resolution R-80-227 not in conflict
with the provisions of this Resolution shall remain in effect.
SECTION 4: This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
