A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED
FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY NORANDA-DEVCO JOINT
VENTURE FOR DRAINAGE CORRECTIONS ALONG UNIVERSITY
DRIVE FOR MCNAB PLAZA NORTH (SHEPPARD PLAZA) PROJECT;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Noranda-Devco Joint Venture, as Principal, and First National
Bank of Greater Miami, n/k/a Consolidated Bank, N.A., as Surety, has filed with the
City Letter of Credit No. 491 in the amount of $7,500.00 to guarantee drainage
correction along University Drive for McNab Plaza North (Sheppard Plaza) project; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has found that the work has been satisfactorily
completed and has recommended release of said bond upon receipt of a one-year
warranty bond in the amount of $1,875.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Letter of Credit No. 491 posted by Noranda-Devco
Joint Venture, as Principal, and First National Bank of Greater Miami, n/k/a
Consolidated Bank, N.A., as Surety, in the amount of $7,500.00 for drainage correc-
tions along University Drive for McNab Plaza North (Sheppard Plaza) project, is
HEREBY RELEASED, subject to receipt of a one-year warranty bond in the amount of

adoption.
