CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-83- s?
A RESOLUTION APPROVING 1-JAIVERS TO THE SIGN
ORDINANCE REQUESTED BY PAN AMERICAN BANK AT
8151 N-14. 88 AVE14UE (TAMARAC TOWN SQUARE);
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
:JJHEREAS, Pan American Bank has requested waivers from the Sign Ordinance
No. 80-34 (Code Section 21) governing signs; and
WHEREAS, the Beautification Committee reviewed this request and has made
recommendation thereon; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official reviewed said waivers.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the waivers to the Sign Ordinance requested by Pan
American Bank at 8151 N.W. 88 Avenue (Tamarac Town Square) for the following signs
are hereby approved:
a) Second sign on the east wall; and
b) Drive -up Tellers and Exit sign..
SECTION 2: Conditions of Approval: NONE
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 12th day of January , 1983.
