RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.. R-82-244 REGARDING
THE TEMPORARY EXCEPTION PERMIT TO TOLL DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION IN LIEU OF SATISFACTION OF THE PLATTING
PREREQUISITE AS PROVIDED IN CHAPTER 20 OF THE TAMARAC
CODE OF ORDINANCES, AS IT APPLIES TO PATIO HOMES AT
FAIRMONT. AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Sub -Section 3B1 of Ordinance R-82-244 is hereby
amended to read as follows:
111. A cash bond of $3,500.00 being posted when applying for a
permit for Units l through 4 to guarantee demolition if the plat has not been
recorded at the County by 3 f 31 f 83 ___. 3L 31/ 8 4 ; the City will use the
cash bond to demolish Units 1 through 4 providing the applicant does not do so
upon notice."
SECTION 2: That a new Sub -Section 3B7 is created to be added to
Resolution No. R-82-244 to provide as follows:
"7. The requirements of the Broward County Environmental Quality
Control Board shall be satisfied."
SECTION 3: That in all other respects Resolution No. R-82-244 is
hereby ratified and is unchanged.
SECTION 4: This Resolution shall be effective upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED THIS 13th day of April , 1983.
