A RESOLUTION WAIVING THE R00FSCAPE REQUIREMENT
OF CITY CODE SECTION 7-31 FOR TAMARAC JEWISH
CENTER; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Tamarac Jewish Center on March 24, 1983, has
made application to the City for a waiver of the roofscape requirements
contained in Section 7-31 of the City Code and has paid the fee required
by Resolution R-83-42; and
WHEREAS, the Tamarac Jewish Center has received a Certificate
of Occupancy fram the City prior to January 1, 1983 and a showing of
hardship or special circumstances having been found by City Council
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA, that:
SECTION 1: That pursuant to Section 7-31(c) of the City Code,
as created by Ordinance No. 0-83-5, the Tamarac Jewish Center is granted
a waiver of the roofscape requirements for any of its buildings located
on the effective date of this Resolution at 9101-15 Northwest 57th Street,
Tamarac, Florida.
SECTION 2: That this Resolution shall become effective upon
adopt ion .
